Creation of Coach KAC scholarship fund
The committee voted to create a new expendable scholarship fund in honor of "Coach KAC." Member Hennessy moved the motion and Member LaBounty seconded. In committee roll call the members present voted in favor and the chair declared the motion passed.

Member Hennessy moved to enter executive session; Member LaBounty seconded. The motion passed on roll-call votes and the committee did not return to public session.
