Yukon Main Street board approves February minutes; begins bylaws review and seeks new members

At its March 26 meeting, the Yukon Route 66 Main Street board approved the minutes from the February meeting by voice vote, began a periodic bylaws review and reminded members about several vacant board seats.
Angie McPherson presented the secretary’s report and asked whether members had reviewed the minutes. When asked for a motion, a board member identified as Kaye Casper moved to approve and Kim Rex seconded; the board approved the minutes after a voice vote in which members said "yay." The meeting record shows no recorded oppositions.
Stephen Kerr, speaking as organization point lead, said the board is conducting a bylaws review and noted there are "a couple of vacant seats." He asked members to recruit candidates to fill those openings. The board also noted several affiliate reports and routine updates before adjourning at roughly 8:15 a.m.
