Danielle O'Neil, the board’s design point lead who also reports city updates, told Yukon Route 66 Main Street on March 26 that the city issued seven new business licenses in February and that several development projects are moving forward.
"In February, there's a total of, 7 new business licenses that were issued," O'Neil said. She said the planning commission meeting in April will include "4, 5 different projects on that agenda including preliminary plots, PUDs. Some of it is commercial. Some of it's, industrial."
O'Neil said the projects are at different stages and staff are "still waiting on a couple more pieces to break loose," so schedules and details may change as the applications proceed through planning review.
