Commissioners commented they had been conservative in forecasting revenues and thanked Ruth and staff for their work preparing the documents. Signatures were scheduled for county officials to complete the required approvals.
Commissioners also discussed logistics about stamping and signing the budget documents and the timing for returning signed copies before deadlines; staff instructed that any necessary paperwork be presented before the stated cut-off dates to ensure the budget is filed and that pay-rate changes be processed through payroll.
