The updated policies include reemployment of retirees; parental and postpartum leave procedure; clarification of term-of-instruction calculations and calendar policies; required employee education on child abuse and human trafficking; rules and complaint processes for extracurricular activities including students using the Utah Fits All scholarship; compulsory attendance clarifications; and procedures governing school support organizations. Business Administrator Devin Dailey told the board the fee schedule establishes maximums for the 2025–26 school year and that he and Daryl will work with secondary schools to align actual fees with district policy.
