For suit 6792R13812 (Lot C/also known as Lot 3; Block 14), the original opening bid was $7,004.93 and staff reported a resale bid of $4,000. Staff recommended approval because the bid met the county's policy threshold. The court moved, seconded and approved accepting that bid by voice vote.
Staff noted one of the parcels lies in a floodplain. The county will proceed with resale processing per policy and pending approval by other required entities.
