“We had about 15 total congressionally directed spending requests. There is a limit of 5 per organization, but, enterprises and utilities are allowed to count as separate organizations,” Clowda said. He said Anchorage Water & Wastewater (AWU) submitted five requests that counted against AWU’s separate limit and the Anchorage Community Development Authority (ACDA) counted separately for one request.
