Board member David Wadd moved that the board “adjourn to executive session pursuant to Wisconsin statutes 19.85 sub 1 sub e for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. This pertains to the North Drainage Project.” Mark Borowski seconded the motion. The clerk took a roll-call vote; all seven members voted aye and the board adjourned to closed session.
