Findings: "Our quarterly audit this quarter we looked at special ed teachers, we did a sampling of about 30, 29 teachers passed, we had 1 deficiency," a district presenter told the board. The deficiency was a teacher working under a stipulation whose licensing paperwork and payment were submitted in July but that had not completed DPI approval; staff said they would contact the teacher to complete the process.
