Key provisions
The change adds 127 Elm Street to the list of town park properties in the ordinance and creates a new subsection to state that dogs are strictly prohibited from the delineated athletic fields, courts and building facilities on named properties (for example, Adams Field; Kaylee Park; Keys Park; Shepherd Park — map/lot citations were read into the record).
The ordinance also replaces two longer descriptive references to "guide dogs leading blind persons, or hearing ear dogs" with the more modern term "service animals" in two places.

Ending: The amendment becomes part of Title 4 of the Milford Town Ordinances. The board did not record any public opposition during the second public hearing, and staff will incorporate the renumbering and updated text into the codified ordinance.
