The Placer County Planning Commission on April 3 approved modifications to the Placer Commerce Center master conditional use permit and phased vesting tentative subdivision map, and granted a 24‑month extension to the project entitlements, moving the expiration date to Dec. 13, 2027.
Staff said the changes add one driveway on Athens Avenue and four new right‑in/right‑out encroachments on Foothills Boulevard North, alter road and frontage improvement designs and adjust the project's phasing.
