Separately, the board accepted a CoStars proposal from The Witness Company Inc. to upgrade the Gamewell Flex 600 alarm panel at Springfield Township CMP Elementary School for $14,583. The board also accepted an emergency repair proposal from PRS Roofing Inc. for high school auditorium roof storm damage at a cost of $111,700; administrators said this amount will be paid from insurance reimbursement. The board later accepted an additional TRS Roofing Inc. proposal for more high school roof work at $199,486 to be paid from the capital reserve fund.
All motions were moved, seconded and carried by voice vote with no roll-call tallies recorded in the transcript. Board members noted that some of the proposals were added to the agenda that evening and that the PRS Roofing proposal responded to storm damage on March 16, 2025.
