The introduction was by City Clerk Hefter; the motion to approve was made by Mr. Zimmerman and seconded by Mr. Heisler, and passed unanimously.
- The meeting was adjourned on a motion by Mr. Zimmerman, second by Mr. Heisler; the motion passed unanimously.
