At the March 25, 2025 Cibolo City Council meeting Mayor Mark Allen said City Manager Wayne Reid provided updates on several road and right-of-way projects across the city.
Mayor Mark Allen said the city manager reported that Dean Road will be improved with half of the cost covered by Cibolo and the other half covered by DND. Green Valley Road will be improved from Dean Road to the Saratoga neighborhood and in the segment between Cibola Valley Drive and Saratoga, the mayor said. The goal for the Town Creek Road project is to start construction this summer, he added.
The mayor also said the city is working with a handful of property owners along Tolly Road to secure right-of-way agreements before starting that project. The transcript did not specify contract awards, exact construction schedules, or total project budgets.
Because the mayor’s comments were a recap of staff updates, no formal motions or votes were reported in the mayor’s summary. The projects described appear to be at the planning and pre-construction stages and in some cases contingent on property owner agreements.
