An Office of Planning report recommended approval and ANC 3E provided a letter of support based on a private memorandum of understanding with the applicant, the record shows. Commissioner Evenmore moved the motion and it received two seconds. The roll-call vote recorded five yes votes and no recusals or abstentions.
The commission asked the applicant to provide a draft order within two weeks as the next procedural step.
