The commission approved the consent docket and final plats, including KC 7723 (Mustang Lake, Section 1), KC 7724 (Fireside Creek, Section 2) and case C7725 (Highland Point Phase 2), and moved forward multiple individual items by recommendation to City Council. Commissioners voted to recommend approval of KC 7722 (final plat of Lynchstone Landing, case C7722) subject to technical evaluations, and to recommend approval of PUD 20-33 (specific plan), PC-10966 (rezone at North MacArthur Boulevard to R-2), PUD 20-54, PUD 20-58, PUD 20-60 and other PUD amendments shown on the agenda.
