Commission reviews two incident reports and takes no action

An incident report dated March 18, 2025 involving patron Nathan Bills, described in the report as disorderly conduct, was reviewed by the commission. After discussion the commission moved and voted to take no action.
The commission also reviewed an incident from March 13, 2025 in which an individual identified as Rose, an establishment owner, was assaulted. Commission staff and police officers noted the suspect was not the same individual involved in an earlier incident but that there had been online posts encouraging assaults. After discussion, commissioners voted to take no action on the administrative review in that matter as well.
Both motions to take no action passed on unanimous roll-call votes.
