Commission approves agenda, minutes and excuses absent member

The Community Engagement Commission on Wednesday, March 19, voted to excuse Commissioner Arlene Fishermar from the meeting, approved the minutes of the Feb. 19 meeting and adopted the agenda as written.
The commission took the three procedural actions near the start of the session. The commission then moved, seconded and approved the minutes from its Feb. 19 meeting and later voted to adopt the meeting agenda as presented.
All three measures were approved without recorded opposition. No roll-call vote listing each commissioner’s name was provided in the transcript; the chair called for and received verbal “aye” responses on the actions.
