Senator Flamingo said he was broadly supportive of creating a West Virginia‑made marketplace while expressing some reservations about future details: "I don't know if I love all the details of this bill and what it would it, what it may turn into in the future, but I am a huge proponent of having a West Virginia made marketplace. … So I'll be voting in favor of this bill and the programs in the state we have," he said.
