At the start of the March 26 meeting the Traffic and Transportation Advisory Commission held roll-call votes to select leadership for 2025. Commissioner Callahan was nominated for chair; the commission recorded the following roll-call responses and a motion result: Commissioner Callahan — yes; Commissioner Rosana Guetta — yes; Commissioner Selm — yes; Commissioner Immel — yes; Commissioner Weichel — yes. The clerk announced, “motion carries 5 to 0.”
Commissioner Lawrence Immel was nominated and elected vice chair in a separate roll-call vote that likewise carried 5 to 0.
Later in the meeting the commission considered cancellation of the regular April 23, 2025, meeting. The clerk polled the commissioners and the motion to cancel the April meeting carried 5 to 0.
All three items were recorded as procedural votes on the record; no new policy, ordinance or substantive program was adopted in these actions. The meeting minutes show the votes and the clerk’s tally; staff confirmed no additional action on these items was required.
