Staff said the performance agreement and grant are intended to support downtown property rehabilitation and did not indicate additional city funding beyond the approved grant amount.
The council's action allows the EDC to execute the performance agreement with Mallard Properties Ltd. for the described exterior rehabilitation; staff will monitor compliance with performance terms under the agreement.
