The P&Z hearing and recommendation: Planning staff presented the applicant’s request and maps showing the 60.72-acre addition. The commission voted to recommend that the council consent to the expansion; Commissioner Gary Moss moved the recommendation during the P&Z hearing and the motion received a second. A roll call recorded affirmative votes by commission members present (Ishmael Harris, David Barrow, Gary Moss, Patrice Parsons, Keith Alborn, Chris Toth, Jeffrey Estes and Joshua Bingaman) and no recorded opposition.
