The Bastrop Planning and Zoning Commission on Jan. 30 unanimously approved the final plat for Pecan Park Commercial Lot 2, a 0.895-acre commercial parcel located south of State Highway 71 and east of Orchard Street in the Nancy Blakey survey (abstract no. 98). The motion passed by roll call with Commissioners Ishmael Harris, Christopher Toth, David Barrow, Gary Moss, Patrice Parsons, Keith Alborn and Jeffrey Estes voting yes.
