She and Clerk Thompson said the proposed administrative procedures are intended to attract volunteers, clarify residency/eligibility, and provide basic orientation for new members.
Council members supported the changes and emphasized clarity for potential volunteers. The committee voted to place the article 181 amendment on the April 1 legislative agenda for full council consideration.
