A council member summarized the change: training and experience may now consist of licensure as an architect or engineer, construction-industry experience, or inspection/plan-review background rather than a requirement limited to licensed plumbers or electricians. The committee voted to place the cooperation-agreement amendment on the April 1 legislative agenda for formal action.
