Staff presented a redline map showing the proposed subdivision. Staff said the portion of property on the runway side of the red jagged line is eligible for reimbursement through the grant; the map leaves areas outside the straight line to accommodate private property boundaries.
Councilmembers asked whether any nearby property owners objected; staff said no one approached them with negative comments. A councilmember confirmed the new line does not cross an adjoining property that was discussed during the meeting.
A councilmember moved to approve the subdivision as presented; another councilmember seconded. Members voted in favor and the motion passed.
The council recorded no further conditions; staff indicated the subdivision will allow the city to pursue grant reimbursement for airport improvements.
