La Conner residents raise concerns about realtor signs advertising short‑term rentals in historic district

She told the council she had left a message at Town Hall and urged staff to contact the listing broker to correct the statements.
Town staff replied that the town has been contacted about at least one listing and that staff will follow up after the meeting to clarify what can be advertised in the historic district.
