Parent and student say school feels safe; question need for security-door investments

Vivian Lucas, a senior at Fond du Lac High School, told the board she has spent four years at the high school and “I've never felt unsafe,” including during a widely publicized fight in her freshman year. She said secure-door systems could hinder normal foot traffic for events and after-school activities.
