Fond du Lac educator urges board to protect positions for new-teacher support and special education staff

Roberts also singled out special-education staff at Sabish, naming instructional assistant Kara Gessner for her classroom support. He asked the board to “take special care in keeping staff that truly do change outcomes for our students” when considering cuts tied to the district budget.
