At its March 26 meeting the Planning Commission recorded three formal actions:
1) Consent agenda — design review and plan development at approximately 523 West 200 North (Boyer District): Commissioner McCall Christiansen moved to approve the consent agenda; Commissioner Krasick seconded. Recorded roll-call votes: Commissioner Leverett — yes; Commissioner Shear — yes; Commissioner Barry — no on the design review, yes on plan development; Commissioner Christiansen — yes; Commissioner Scott — yes; Commissioner Krasick — yes; Chair — yes. The chair announced the consent agenda passed.
2) Zoning text amendment — downtown parking garage design standards: The commission voted to forward a positive recommendation to City Council on the proposed zoning text amendment (motion by Commissioner McCall Christiansen; second by Commissioner Scott). The commission recorded unanimity in favor and the recommendation was transmitted to City Council.
3) Leave of absence — Commissioner McCall Christiansen: The commission approved a requested six‑month leave of absence for Commissioner McCall Christiansen. Motion to approve by Commissioner Shear; second by Commissioner Mike Christiansen. Roll-call recorded unanimous votes in favor.
