Commissioners accepted the public participation plan, authorized initiation of the county’s periodic comprehensive-plan update (deadline June 2026), and suspended the annual docket so pending applications can be folded into the update. The county reported a $350,000 grant to start the process and an expected additional $350,000 in the next biennium.

- The interlocal agreement establishing the Southeast Regional ICAC task force was approved for the county to affix its signature (see separate article): commissioners voted to affix the county signature though the sheriff stated he would not sign and would retain authority over his deputies.
