Trustee Lynn Gerlach moved that the board adjourn into closed session "pursuant to Wisconsin statute 19.85(1)(c), considering employment promotion compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, to its superintendent's performance evaluation." The motion was seconded and the board took a recorded roll-call vote. Trustees Becker, McCoy, Lyerly, Mills, Gerlach, Crossan and Lee all voted "aye." The chair declared the board adjourned into closed session.
