Applicant Starla Augustine represented the proposal and said the space is a leased suite with a single chair; board members noted there is no change to parking requirements under the CB (Central Business) zoning district.
Planning staff referenced village code Section 266‑60 (CB District) and told the board that the planning board may waive a full site plan for a limited change of use when no new parking is required. The building inspector reported the property had passed inspection. The board’s motion to waive a full site plan included the condition that the applicant comply with all building permit and certificate of occupancy requirements before opening; the motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.
The board encouraged the applicant to coordinate with the building inspector to complete further permitting steps. No variances or additional relief were requested or granted at the meeting.
