A roll call vote followed: Mr. Zavoski, Mr. Adwar, Mr. Marks, Miss Wilson and the presiding chair all voted yes. The vote was 5-0, with no members opposed.
The board noted the decision is a formal written action and that the formal written decision will be issued at a later date. No additional discussion or conditions were recorded during the public session on the adoption motion.
