Several supervisors said the current Tuesday schedule had worked and preferred to keep it. When put to roll call the resolution failed (vote recorded in transcript as a defeat; clerk read the roll that reflected more 'no' votes than 'yes').

With the resolution defeated the county will retain its current meeting schedule (third Tuesday at 7 p.m.). Supporters signaled they may revisit the issue in the future but said they will coordinate with county staff availability before proposing another change.
