The board reopened and closed the public hearing without public comment, then approved the site-plan resolution referencing the applicant’s most recent plan revisions dated Oct. 17, 2024, and granted AHRB approval on drawings dated Aug. 2, 2024. The board and staff said remaining engineering and site-plan items could be handled as conditions for building permit issuance.
Outcome and next steps: The applicant may seek building permits after addressing the required engineering corrections, paying any fees and obtaining landscaping and stormwater approvals. The AHRB approval carries conditions tied to the architectural drawings; staff will verify compliance prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
