McMichael listed the proposers as Oklahoma Jail and Prison Ministries; Comprehensive Treatment Center of Oklahoma City; Hope is Alive; Stand in the Gap Inc.; Oklahoma County diversion hub; CEC Analytics; The Demand Project; the Board of Regents for the University of Oklahoma; and Valley Hope.
