Connecticut State Veterinary Board recommends reinstatement of Dr. Lynch’s license pending verification letters

The Connecticut State Veterinary Board on a voice vote agreed to recommend reinstatement of Dr. Molly Lynch’s veterinary license, contingent on receiving written verification from veterinarians who observed her work in recent months.

Board members said they received a written statement from Lynch describing supervised observation she performed since the board last met in October and asked staff to obtain confirmation letters. ‘‘Ill ask the chair and we take a vote of approval subject to receipt within 7 days of affirming letters from the vets,’’ a board member said during discussion; the board later set a deadline of receipt ‘‘by the end of the month.’’ The motion to recommend reinstatement subject to receipt of those letters carried on a recorded voice vote with members saying “aye.”
