After the discussion, a commissioner moved to accept the February 25 meeting minutes; the motion was seconded and approved with one abstention. Later, a commissioner moved that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of the final plat to the City Council. The motion was seconded and approved.
The commission’s recommendation now moves the final plat to the City Council for action; staff did not specify a date for council consideration during the discussion.
