Commissioners asked staff and the applicant to coordinate with building inspection on proper mounting and installation practices. A motion to approve the site and architectural plans, conditioned on continued compliance with relevant code requirements, passed on roll call.
The applicant may now proceed with permitting steps consistent with the commission’s site and architectural approval.
