Developer Matt Kostelec told the board his plan calls for climate‑controlled storage buildings and covered canopy parking for boats and RVs, paved drive aisles, a gated entrance and landscaping buffers. “We want to provide a safe and secure site for people to store their vehicles and their boats and their RVs,” Kostelec said during the public hearing.
