Staff explained the difference as an itemization on the last page and identified an adder for the police station that affected the second-year total.
After discussion, a board member moved and seconded a motion to table the item to the next meeting “to figure out the numbers.” The motion to table passed.
Staff described the scope as routine maintenance that includes monthly exercise and checks tied to the city’s SCADA monitoring system; no contract was approved at the meeting.
