Vice Chair Nash moved the bill to the floor with the due pass recommendation. The committee then took a roll call; Senators Pavelski and Daley recorded affirmative votes, Vice Chair Nash and Chair Bolton recorded "aye" votes, and staff announced that the measure passes. Committee leadership assigned the bill's carry to Senator Gelser Blueien.
The work session was brief and the committee closed consideration of SB 733 and proceeded to the next item on the agenda.
