Engineering update: CSX reimbursement, Grand Street Phase 2 letting set, environmental review opens for Witt Road

City Engineering Director Kevin Kralik told the Lebanon Board of Works on March 24 that the engineering department moved several major projects forward as construction season begins.
Kralik said CSX has agreed to reimburse 50% of the cost of a jack-and-bore under its right-of-way that will connect the field house area to a sanitary ditch on South 39. "We finally got word back from CSX, and they have agreed to a 50% reimbursement on the cost of the jack and bore under their right of way," Kralik said.
