Council approves annexations, zone change, real estate exchange and Steel Days contract; historic commission appointment confirmed

The American Fork City Council on March 25 acted on multiple routine land‑use and administrative items, approving annexations and zone changes, a real‑estate exchange agreement for Lakeshore Drive, a contract for the city’s Steel Days celebration and the appointment of a new Historic Preservation Commission member.

The council unanimously approved a resolution and ordinance related to a proposed Strata Investments project at approximately 195 East 600 South.
