The board then considered two requested continuances: HPB200445 (306 Lincoln Road), a signage‑district application, and HPB200440 (550 Washington Avenue). In both cases applicants said they were still refining designs and preferred a full board for the hearing; staff recommended granting the continuances. The board continued both items to Sept. 13 by unanimous or majority voice votes during the meeting.
No substantive public testimony was presented on either continuance. Staff will place both items on the Sept. 13 agenda and notify registered speakers and applicants.
