The Personnel committee moved several personnel items: a reappointment of Mark R. Cavicci as an alternate member of the Woburn Board of Appeals and the appointment of Francesco ("Frankie") Alonji Jr. to the Woburn Commission on Disability. Councilors praised Mr. Cavicci’s service and recommended Mr. Alonji’s appointment; Mr. Alonji introduced himself and described personal and professional experience in disability services and a desire to serve.
These less‑controversial items were adopted or forwarded by unanimous voice votes or consensus in committee. Several routine orders were accepted as part of the meeting record and placed on the council calendar for formal action.
