The Perrysburg Planning Commission on Wednesday approved a final site plan amendment for Saint Timothy’s (Saint Tim’s) Church at 869 East Boundary Street that relocates a dumpster and restores landscaping near the rectory and clothesline building.
Planning staff described the amendment as a modest change: the dumpster shown on the previously approved plan will be moved slightly closer to the main church building and the area where the dumpster originally appeared will be restored with landscaping. The amendment packet included redlined prints that commission members and staff reviewed during the meeting.
Steve Weiser, representing Saint Timothy’s and speaking for the church at 869 East Boundary Street, said there was no further material change to the project. Commissioners asked staff and the representative whether trash‑pickup trucks would be able to access the relocated dumpster; staff confirmed a clear path through the parking lot and open gates on the dumpster enclosure for crews to remove roll‑out containers.
Staff reported that several neighborhood calls had asked questions about the change but that callers ultimately expressed no concerns. The commission voted to approve the final site plan amendment as submitted.
