Three Perrysburg subdivisions cleared for acceptance of public infrastructure; committee will forward to Council

Staff said final inspections and punch lists are complete for Canterbury Plat 4, Coventry Point Plat 4 and Summerfield Plat 5; the city will ask Council to accept roads, sanitary, water and storm systems into the public inventory.
A staff member told the committee that three subdivisions—Canterbury Plat 4, Coventry Point Plat 4 and Summerfield Plat 5—have completed third-party inspections and resolved punch-list items, and are ready for Council to accept the public infrastructure.
Staff explained the developer-installed sanitary, roadway, water and storm sewer systems were inspected on the city’s behalf, departments performed final checks and staff verified that outstanding punch-list items were addressed. Once City Council accepts the infrastructure, the roads and utilities will become city-owned and the city will assume maintenance responsibility.
The staff member said the ordinances with footage and dollar amounts for the public infrastructure are included in the Council packet and offered to answer questions; committee members indicated they had reviewed the documents in utilities and supported moving the ordinances forward to Council.
One subdivision—Fountain Point—remains active and requires additional punch-list work, staff said.
Staff will forward the three ready ordinances to City Council for formal acceptance and will continue to track Fountain Point’s outstanding items.
