The council also approved Ordinance 3-20-25 (amending the codified ordinance definition of “emergency” to allow immediate posting of budgeted positions) and passed Ordinances 4–6 (2025) accepting streets, alleys and green space for three plats: Canterbury Plat 4, Coventry Plat 4 and Summerfield Plat 5.
